Orientation
June 29 and 30

Scholars attending the NKU Academy will participate in Northern Exposure, a required two-day orientation session, with their parents. This program is attended by all freshmen beginning the transition into college and will familiarize scholars with NKU. Scholars will take a math placement test, receive their NKU Academy class schedule and register for their fall semester courses. The cost is $45 for scholars and $15 per parent attending the program.

The 2009 NKU Academy
July 6 - August 7

The Academy begins July 6 and concludes on August 7. Scholars living on campus in the University Suites will check into their room on Sunday, July 5 between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. At the conclusion of the NKU Academy on August 7, scholars will need to check out of their room by 8:00 p.m.
