Alpha Lambda Delta
First-Year Programs oversees the NKU chapter of Alpha Lambda Delta (ALD), the National Honor Society for First-Year Students. Eligible students are formally inducted in the spring of their first year and become part of a community of scholars for the remainder of their college experience. ALD organizes social, academic and service events for its members every semester.
· You must have a 3.5 or higher GPA (on a 4.0-point scale), or the equivalent, and you must be in the top 20% of your class during your first term or your first year of study at an institution of higher education.
· You must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a baccalaureate (Bachelor's) degree at an accredited institution with an active Alpha Lambda Delta chapter on campus.
· Eligible students are contacted early in the spring semester of their freshman year.
