Seeing new places, meeting new faces
College can be overwhelming at first, especially if you don't know anyone. Getting involved in Northern Kentucky University's learning communities, though, can make it less overwhelming. Learning communities places you and other freshmen in two or three of the same courses creating the perfect opportunity to:
- Meet new people
- Make new friends
- Form study groups
- Participate in class discussion
- Become acquainted with NKU faculty
