Midterm Grades - Spring 2013
Midterm grades are provided for freshmen (students under 30 earned credit hours) and are only an ESTIMATE of a student’s work at mid-semester. Checking grades during the midterm grades process will let students know if they are on track to meet their academic goals for the semester. Additionally, it gives students time, if necessary, to meet with professors/advisors to create a plan to successfully complete the semester.
| MONDAY, FEBRUARY 18 | Faculty may begin submission of midterm grades for freshmen online. Midterm grades accessible to students, faculty and advisors. |

| FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22 and FRIDAY, MARCH 1 | Emails sent to students encouraging them to check midterm grades and notifying them of deadlines. |
| FRIDAY, MARCH 8 (AT 5:00 p.m.) | Faculty deadline for midterm grades submission. NOTE: The midterm grades system for faculty automatically shuts down at 5:00 p.m. This deadline is set so that students have adequate time to review their grades before the “W” drop date. |
| MONDAY, MARCH 11 | Students receive email with their midterm grades. |

Last day to drop a course with a “W”. Last day for students to access their midterm grades. |
